Please read the information below carefully before registering:

Registration fees include access to:

• the conference lecture halls
• the possibility to register for the workshops scheduled on May 19, 2026
• poster sessions and industrial sessions
• the General Assemblies of RFMF and RFMF Junior

Registration fees also include:

3 lunches + 1 Gala dinner (Thursday, May 21) + coffee breaks +
1 welcome cocktail (Wednesday, May 20)
+ 2026 RFMF membership for “non-member” rates

Accommodation is not included in the registration fees.

To benefit from the member rate, your RFMF membership fee must be paid in advance: https://www.rfmf.fr/devenir-membre/

Access to the 18th RFMF Scientific Days will only be granted after full payment of the registration fees.

Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or purchase order.
From April 28, 2026, bank transfer payments will no longer be accepted; only credit card payments will be possible.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing (mail or email) to the Registration Secretariat:

• Until April 20, 2026 (included): 50% refund
• From April 20 to May 4, 2026: 25% refund
• From May 5, 2026: no refund
