Oral and poster information

Poster Instructions

Format: A0 portrait, preferably in English

Posters can be displayed starting Wednesday, May 20 at 8:30 AM after registration at the conference welcome desk.

Poster numbers will be indicated on the boards. The final program with poster numbering will be available one week before the conference.

Several poster sessions will be organized. Please make sure to be regularly present at your poster to interact with participants.

Posters must be removed after the Friday morning coffee break.

Any poster not removed by 12:30 PM (conference ends at 12:00 PM) will be removed and discarded by the organizing committee.

Oral & Flash Presentation Instructions

Oral presentations:

  • Total duration: 20 minutes (15 min presentation + Q&A)
  • Strict respect of allocated time
  • Slides must be in English
  • Oral presentation can be in French or English

Session chairs will ensure that timing is respected to guarantee a smooth program.

Flash presentations:

  • Strict duration: 3 minutes
  • 1 to 3 slides maximum
  • Slides must be in English
  • Oral presentation can be in French or English

Objective: highlight your work and promote your poster.

Submission of presentations:

Please send your presentation in .pptx (Windows compatible) and/or .pdf format no later than:

Sunday, May 17

This will help ensure smooth session organization.

If you are unable to send your file in advance, please come to:

  • the workshop welcome desk (Tuesday)
  • or the conference welcome desk (Wednesday/Thursday)

no later than the day before your presentation
